Today was Mitchel's 1st grade play, and slideshow, it was so fun to watch him perform and sing, he even knew all of his lines. He was one of the 3 little pigs. The play was called "Lemonade" and it was a musical for young singers and it had a whole bunch of characters in it from the Mother Goose nursery rhymes. The story was about how to turn lemons into lemonade and to try to look on the bright side of things. It was very cute. After the play his teacher had a slide show of pictures from the year, of course this mother couldn't help but shed a tear or two just to realize another year of my child's life has gone by.
This has been such a great school year for Mitchel, we have absolutely loved Mrs. McLaren. She is such a fantastic teacher, so kind and just perfect for our Mitch. He has learned so much this year, we couldn't have asked for a better 1st grade year. He has some nice friends and has done very well in his school work. We are very proud of Mitch for all he has accomplished!

Wow today was the last day of school! Look at how much you have grown Mitch! Second grade look out here comes the best looking boy in school, and the nicest too. I wish I could have seen your play Mitch and especially hear you sing.
