Hiking Cress Creek

Roxanne and her family are here from North Carolina for a visit.  We got the chance to go with  her and Lori and Grandpa Fuhriman and hiked Cress Creek.  We had a lot of fun!

Carolina's first time doing swimming lessons

We haven't done swimming lessons for a couple of years, just with a lot of things going on, and so Carolina has never gotten the chance to take them.  This year I signed her up with Koala Kids so she gets to go with her class.  I got to take her today, and snapped a few pictures.  She is loving it!

Camping at Sheep Creek 2014

When we do our summer bucket list each year one of the main things on the list is to go camping with the William's family.  We always have a total blast with them.  It is really nice to have friends who you know and love regardless of how time passes and how things change in life.  It is fun because we know each other so well, and it feels very comfortable.  Our kids enjoy each others company and I just hope that they will be able to remain friends as they grow into young adults.  We went to Sheep Creek again, it was perfect, it was hot in the day and a little cold at night.

We got a new 5th wheel (at least new to us) right before we left.  Reid is always looking for a new deal, and found a pretty good deal on this camper.  The kids were so excited to sleep in the new bunks.  We did a lot of riding dirt bikes, and 4 wheelers, and we went a played on the lake on Friday and Saturday.  It was a really nice and relaxing weekend, I did not want to come home.  (that is a big deal for me since I am always ready to come home from camping.)
The first night around the campfire we roasted hot dogs and marshmellows

Mitch and Kenzie

They had a ball in the water, we had so life jackets or blow up toys, but they made do.  They found logs to float on and just laughed and had a great time.

Treyton rode his dirt bike non-stop

Poor Maddy really hurt her foot on the dirt bike. We weren't sure if it was broken.
