An evening with friends and dirt bikes

One evening this summer we went up to Indian Creek (up on Palisades) and took our dirt bikes with the William's family and cooked hotdogs and rode our dirt bikes around.  We had a lot of fun.

Camping at the Teton River 2013

We did a lot of camping this year, it was a lot of fun.  One of our trips we went to the Teton River with Reid's parents.  Treyton had a football game on Saturday afternoon that he did not want to miss, so him and I got up on Saturday and came home for the game.  Reid, Mitch and Grandpa went fishing all day, and Grandma and Carolina and Savanna went into Driggs and had lunch.  I think that everyone had a great time!

First day back in school 2013-2014 at a new school- Summitt Hill Trailblazers

The kids started school this year at their brand new school Summit Hills.  They were all very excited to see what the new school was like.  Savanna is in 5th grade and has Mrs. Ferguson, Mitchel is in the 4th grade with Mrs. Allen and Treyton is in 1st grade with Mrs. Crow.  So far they are all enjoying their teachers and classes and they are liking their new school.  Carolina is doing preschool at Koala Kids, its hard to believe that next year they will all be in school- the only year they will all 4 be at the same school!

Van Sargent family reunion 2013- Rigby Lake

this year for the Van & LarRene Sargent family reunion we went to Rigby Lake for a camping trip.  The weather didn't cooperate very well, but we had lots of fun playing in the lake and enjoying each other's company!

Freezin corn 2013- a big job at Grandma Sargents!

We got a phone call one summer afternoon from Mom saying we have corn, come over and help freeze it.  So the kids and I spent the whole day over there husking, cooking, cutting and filling bags of corn.  We now have a whole freezer full of corn, so the work was definitely worth it.

Pioneer Trek through Ozone- If only it had really been that easy in real life!

My Mom arranged with her cousins who have a cabin in Ozone to have a pioneer treck on their property since our ancestors helped settle Ozone back in the day.  She had made all of us skirts and pioneer bonnets.  It was a fun evening with family.
