Romrell Reunion 2009

This last weekend we had the annual Romrell reunion at Heise. Reid and I and the kids decided to take the opportunity to camp out up by Heise. We were able to camp one night with Val and Layne and their kids. It was a lot of fun. We spent the night on Thursday and Friday. On friday we spent the day swimming at Heise, and then on Saturday we were going to go boating up to Blacktail, but the weather was too cold. So instead we all met at a church and had lunch. It was fun to just get together and visit with all our cousins. I feel so lucky to come from such a good family. On friday night we had a little devotional and each family had a representative tell of something that they do in their own family that has been passed down from Grandma and Grandpa. It was really neat to hear everybody, they have a great legacy and posterity.

We also got a new (very used) 5th wheel. Reid found a really good deal in the thrifty nickel and couldn't pass it up. We are now going to sell our other trailer. It is also very used. We are pretty excited to have an upgrade, and more room for camping. The kids absolutely love it.

I didn't get any pictures from the reunion, but Reid took a picture of our new 5th wheel.

Very nice camper! We also camped out on Friday night! We didn't know you guys were up there too...sad! The reunion was terrific, as always. I think that Ted and I look forward to the reunion more than anything else all year. We love seeing family and getting reaquainted.
Since you are selling your trailer, I just thought I would let you know that we would be interested in buying it. Of course, we would like to look at it first and such, but give Ted a call and tell him about it. I have been wanting one for a while, and I trust it is in good condition still. Thanks!
