Mitchel turned 11 this year, I can't believe how quickly time is passing with these sweet kids who before we know it will be grown up! I wish that I could make time stop and enjoy this time a little more. This year I told Mitch that he could have a friend birthday party (he has lots of great friends) but he just wanted to have his cousins Cooper and Elijah over for a sleepover. So Friday night he had a little cousins sleep over. We had a fun popcorn bar, I popped popcorn and had tons of different kinds of candies that they could put in with their popcorn. They had that for a fun snack and just watched a movie. Grandpa Sargent took Mitch shopping and got him the skate boarding video game that he wanted. Then on Saturday night we had a birthday party with the Fuhriman family at Leo's place with cake and ice cream. And on Sunday we had a birthday party at Grandma and Grandpa Sargent's. Mitch had a good birthday. he is such a great kid and am so lucky to get to be his Mom, he is a really good helper, loves to camp, fish, hunt, help his Dad, play video games. My only real complaint is that his room is always a mess, even if he cleans it the next day its a mess again, and he does not get up well in the morning from school. But I guess it could be much worse.
