Treyton's 6th birthday

I can't believe that our Treyton is now 6 years old.  What a great kid he is!  This year he got to have his first friend birthday party.  He got to invite a few friends and we went to Leo's place and had lunch and let the kids play in the playland.  It was a great way to have a party without having to come up with all kinds of games and get my house destroyed.  The kids also loved it!

We also got to celebrate with the Fuhriman family with McKinley for her birthday and then again with the Sargent family.  He had a whole week of celebrations.

This year Treyton started kindergarten, he loves it so far (other than getting up early every day).  He played t-ball and had a great time, he started wresting and so far is enjoying it.  He loves to play with his cousins, his friends Ammon and Britton in the neighborhood, and loves to hang out with his Dad when he is home.  Also him and Carolina are buddies in the afternoon when he gets home from kindergarten.  He is a really good boy and I feel so blessed to have him as my son!

Wrestling

Wrestling season has begun!  We had a few weeks where wrestling and football overlapped, that was a little crazy, thankfully football is over and now Mitch and Treyton can focus on wrestling.  This is Mitchel's 3rd year of wrestling and Treyton's first year.  They both love it.  It keeps us very busy with 3 practices a week and usually 1 match a week.  I really don't mind though because it is something that my boys love.  The sport is pretty intense and very personal and sometimes those matches are hard to watch when your boy is trying so hard and you think they are getting hurt or frustrated, but I think it is a great life sport.

Mitchel's Football season

Mitchel got to play football again this year, he played on a really great team and had a very fun season.  We were lucky enough to get to be on Mike and Jeremy Hansen's team.  They are great guys in our ward that coached this team.  Mitch has tons of friends that he played with and they learned a lot and had a great time.

My Mom goes all out each year for her annual "Spider Party" this is kind of her Halloween party for her grandkids and the neighbor kids.  They love it!  My kids look forward to it each year.  She has games that go with spiders, she has treasure hunts, and always a fun lunch.  Both the kids and adults look forward to it each year.

Savanna's 10th Birthday

I cannot believe that my little baby Savanna is a whole decade now!  She celebrated your 10th birthday this week.  She is such a good girl.  It has been kind of nice to have her get a little bit older, she is such a good helper, I am able to leave her to babysit a little and that has been wonderful.  I have to be careful not to take too much advantage of her in that way.

She is a wonderful daughter, she does really well in school and is doing great with her piano lessons.  This year she is also taking dance lessons and so far enjoying that. She loves to play with lego's, read books, play with her cousins and friends.  She loves to jump on the trampoline and has learned lots of fun tricks like back flips and arials on the tramp.  She loves going to Activity Days and actually likes school.  We are very blessed to have her in our family.

We had kind of a low-key birthday this year.  On her actual birthday it was a crazy busy day.  I took sugar cookies into her class at school and let her pick her favorite thing for dinner, which was Geraldine's sandwiches.  Then over the weekend we celebrated it.  On friday night the Fuhriman family came over for a party, and then on Saturday afternoon we celebrated with the Sargent family after the spider party.  She got lots of fun things including: A lego set from Grandma and Grandpa Sargent, a new dress, shoes and scarf from the William's family, new PJ's and legos from the Becks, new jeans and legos from the Sargents, fingernail polish and accessaries from the Perkes.  She got a gift card to buy new DS games from Grandma and Grandpa Fuhriman which she already went and got 2 new games, she got a lava lamp from the Anglins, and Perler bead and socks from the Conovers.  Mom and Dad got her a big lego set and a church dress and a new outfit for school.  She really got spoiled!!

We didn't do any special cake this year like normal, just her favorite whie cake with pink frosting.
