Spider party

All the kids from party in their spider shirts with Grandma. (She also had the 2 Clements kids from the neighborhood come, and my cousins Denise came with her 3 kids.) Also Val's daughter Karlee came, but she had to leave a little early for family pictures.

It was hard to get everyone looking at the camera.

In following my Grandma Romrell's tradition, my Mom has fun little parties for her grandkids. This was her 3rd annual "Spider Party". The kids each made their own individual pizza's, they decorated cupcakes like spiders, each did an individual report on different kind of spiders, had a treasure hunt that ended with a new spider t-shirt and treats, had a little lesson on Charlotte's Web by Sara and how important it is to be a good friend, and pin the spider on the web. The kids had a riot, and everyone was exhausted by the time it was over. It was a total success. Thanks Mom for giving my kids the same kind of experiences that I had as a child. These are treasured memories.

Your Mom is such an awesome Grandma! How fun for the kids, and they even got some education in too!
