We made Savanna a "Barbie Cake" I am so impressed with Reid's cake decorating skills
turned out great!
We gave in to her desire for a DS lite- she has been asking for one of these for over a year.
She got a scripture bag from the Hamilton's, and a fun starter cooking kit from the Anglins, and some cute shirts from the Conovers.
Grandma and Grandpa gave her, her first set of scriptures- she is very happy about that.

Her beautiful cakeBecause both of our families go all out for birthdays sometimes it is easier to celebrate them seperately. Last night we went to Reid's parents house and had dinner and a birthday party for Savanna. She was so excited to celebrate her big 8. I can't believe that it is possible that she is 8 years old. She is such a good little girl. She is very responsible, kind-hearted, smart, sensitive to others, and a blessing in our family. I feel so lucky that she is our daughter. She is so excited to get baptized next month.
